This a quick & easy dessert. It's basically a brownie and banana split combined...the best of both worlds! Have napkins handy because it's a little messy but so yummy. We loved the flavors from the banana and pudding layer. The walnuts and chocolate drizzle are the perfect topping. It'll be a hit at your next cookout. This cool and creamy dessert will satisfy both the fruit and chocolate lover.
Ingredients
- brownie mix (13x9 family size), plus oil & eggs per box recipe
- instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz), plus ingredients per box recipe
- fresh strawberries
- walnuts
- bananas
- container of Cool Whip, 8 oz.
- chocolate syrup
How to Make Banana Split Brownie Cake
- Bake brownie mix as directed and let cool. I usually under cook my brownies just a little for a more chewy brownie.
- Make instant pudding and chill until brownies are cooled.
- Once brownies are cooled, slice the bananas right on top of the brownies until they have a nice layer all over.
- Pour the pudding on top of the bananas.
- Now, spread the Cool Whip on top of that
- Slice up your strawberries and spread over the top. I chunk cut mine so you get a strawberry in every bite, lol.
- Now, sprinkle your walnuts all over and you're done. Keep refrigerated until time to eat. Refrigerate for several hours before cutting.
- Sometimes I drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top too. If I'm really craving chocolaty goodness.
