An Amazing Slow Cooker Ribs Meal For The Coming Winters

Ingredients:
Boneless short ribs, 2 to 3 pounds
Flour, 4 tablespoons
Grill seasoning for steak, ½ teaspoons
Olive oil, 2 tablespoon
Mushroom gravy or brown gravy mix, 2 envelopes (.75 ounces each)
Dry red wine, ¾ cup
Frozen white onions or pearl onions, ½ cup

Directions:
1. First of all, you need to combine the flour and grill seasoning in a food storage bag or on a plate. As per your wish, you can also substitute a seasoning mixture of the same kind.
2. In a large skillet, pour some olive oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
3. Now you need to coat the beef with the flour mixture prepared in the first step and then brown it in the hot olive oil on all the sides.
4. Next, you need to take a bowl and combine the beef with broth and gravy mix.
5. After all the above steps, you need to conduct slow cooker topped with onions by transferring the beef to a 3 ½ to 5-quart slow cooker. The gravy mixture needs to be poured all over the beef and after that, you also need to pour the red wine in the hot pan so that you can scrape up the brown bits stuck to it. Pour this mixture over the meat.
6. Now you need to cover and cook the whole thing for 8-9 hours
